The Air-Flo steel dump body features hi-tensile Hardox steel throughout the body, making the body light weight and incredibly strong. The smooth cross-memberless floor along with smooth sides enhanced body’s appearance and makes for a lighter weight body. The body has a modern gusset less design that will continue to look great as the Hardox steel flexes with the load and retains shape when unloaded due to its strength. Body is operated with front trunnion telescopic cylinder with an additional option for a pin-to-pin hoist. Cylinder features a high-quality wear-resistant guide rings and maintenance free high performance spherical bearings for long life and trouble-free operation. The smooth operating hydraulic system features a hot shift PTO with direct mount pump that is operated with air controls through a feathering valve. The new large dump pump has 25% greater flow and a 37% faster cycle time over the standard 2” dump pump. We use the highest quality hydraulic components to ensure years of heavy-duty service. Body is grit blast prepped and primed prior to painting.
